RegioKarte are also available as subscription (to be obtained transferable or personal) The RegioKarte Abo is only available using a direct debiting scheme order form or online.
The term of the subscription lasts one year and prolongs until revocation. The direct debiting amount is adjusted automatically at changes in tariff. We would be pleased to give you further information personally in the VAG customer service centre pluspunkt, Salzstraße 3. The VAG AboCenter (subscription centre) is also available by telephone on 0761/4511-123 or -124.
We offer several possibilities for starting a subscription:
1. RegioKarte Abo as "Abo sofort" (immediate subscription)
You can start a subscription to RegioKarte on any day.
Simply fill in your application at pluspunkt, Salzstraße 3 and receive your provisional ticket which is valid until the regular subscription comes into effect (the proportion of the price of a RegioKarte to the end of the month is charged)
2. Subscribe from home:
The subscription centre (AboCenter) of the Freiburger Verkehrs AG (VAG) enables subscription online.
On completion of the ordering process you will receive a confirmation email from the VAG-AboCenter, followed by the subscribed RegioKarte by post from the VAG-AboCenter. The subscription is processed using a ordering form of the Regio-Verkehrsverbund Freiburg (RVF). All relevant information relating to the subscription is presented during the ordering process. For safety reasons you entered data are transmitted encoded.
